Résumé
Background
The post-pandemic academic landscape has witnessed a significant rise in mental health challenges among higher education students. While general psychological distress is widely acknowledged, a comprehensive synthesis evaluating the specific prevalence of anxiety, depression, and stress alongside contemporary pro-active self-care and institutional stress-management interventions remains critical. This paper analyzes the global burden of student psychopathology and evaluates the clinical utility of modern preventive frameworks.
