Résumé
This project consists of a scoping review aimed at mapping the scientific evidence on the use of telehealth for monitoring the development of preterm infants after hospital discharge. The review seeks to identify the telehealth modalities used in follow-up, the strategies and tools employed, the developmental domains assessed, as well as the benefits, barriers, and limitations described in the literature. The review will be conducted in accordance with the recommendations of the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) and the PRISMA-ScR guidelines, using the PCC framework (Population, Concept, and Context). It is expected that mapping the available evidence will provide a better understanding of how telehealth has been applied in the follow-up of preterm infants, identify gaps in the literature, and provide a foundation for future research and the development of more structured and accessible remote follow-up strategies.
