Résumé
We report a case of intravascular large B-cell lymphoma initially mimicking Guillain-Barré syndrome. The patient presented with paraparesis and sensory changes and magnetic resonance imaging showed cauda equina enhancement.Electrophysiological testing and cerebrospinal fluid studies suggested polyradiculoneuropathy.A cervical mass was identified shortly before death, with a biopsy revealing CD20-positive intravascular lymphoma.Intravascular large B-cell lymphoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of polyradiculopathy patients with a rapidly progressive and fatal course.
