Résumé
ABSTRACT Severe peri‐cuff leakage after endotracheal intubation may be the first sign of previously unrecognized Mounier‐Kuhn syndrome. After tube, cuff, circuit, and equipment problems are excluded, prompt bronchoscopy can define airway anatomy and guide cuff repositioning. Careful preoperative imaging review and individualized postoperative monitoring are important.
