Résumé
ABSTRACT A giant pancreatic mucinous cystic neoplasm in an elderly man was successfully enucleated with an uneventful recovery. This case emphasizes careful differentiation of pancreatic cystic lesions and individualized surgical planning; in selected patients without features suspicious for malignancy, enucleation may preserve pancreatic tissue while achieving complete removal.
