Résumé
ABSTRACT A 42‐year‐old woman had chronic L4 pars defect with Grade 2 spondylolisthesis and acute L3 pars fractures after trauma, causing back pain, sensory, and motor deficits. She underwent L3–L5 pedicle screw fixation with interbody fusion. Postoperatively, she showed rapid pain relief, neurological improvement, and stable spinal alignment on follow‐up.
