Abstract
Background
Postsclerotherapy hyperpigmentation (PSH) is a frequent and distressing complication. It is a cosmetic concern in aesthetic phlebology, with limited prospective efficacy/safety data. Skin hydration with moisturizer strengthens the skin barrier and may potentially prevent postsclerotherapy hyperpigmentation.
