Introduction
The training of residents in Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine (ICEM) demands the development of integrated professional competencies that guarantee quality care for critically ill patients.
Objective
To design a didactic strategy for the development of professional competencies in the training of ICEM residents at the Faustino Pérez Provincial Clinical Surgical Teaching Hospital.
