Introduction and objectives: Metabolic syndrome has become a major public health issue, closely associated with population lifestyle habits. In addition to physical activity, changes in dietary patterns through food and nutrition education play a crucial role in health promotion. This study aimed to describe the dietary profile of adult individuals with metabolic syndrome exposed to virtual reality in the municipality of Vitória de Santo Antão, Pernambuco, Brazil.
