Outcome in Pediatric Population of Traumatic Brain Injury Based on Rotterdam Score

Objective

To evaluate the predictive value of the Rotterdam CT score for in-hospital mortality in pediatric TBI. Materials & Methods: This prospective observational study was performed in the Emergency Department, Section of Neurosurgery, Trauma Center, Civil Hospital. CT brain imaging was performed at admission, and outcomes were assessed over two weeks.
