Abstract
ABSTRACT Pure sacral dermatomal herpes zoster is a rare infectious skin disorder that can cause neurologic symptoms and a challenging diagnosis. This study highlights the potential association between urinary problems and S3 dermatomal herpes zoster and emphasizes that early recognition and management can prevent persistent neurogenic complications and significantly improve patient outcomes.
